Return Policy

• No product return will be entertained by the size or color which already have selected by the customer.
• Any complaint related to the product other than specified in the order will be communicated through e-mail agnithas8100@gmail.comto the manufacturer within 24 hours otherwise the complaint cannot be accepted.
• Detailed product opening video should be attached through the e-mail of complaint.
• All Product returns shall be received through India post registered parcel only.
• Slight difference in the colors may vary due to the mobile photo and videography or quality of camera etc will not be returned and company will not take responsibility to provide the expense relating to delivery.

Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only after receiving written communication through e-mail within 24 hours after delivery, no return will be processed until and otherwise specified.
• The product damaged or make shabby after delivery cannot be accepted.
• The refund will be processed after getting detailed opening video and showing the complaint on the video itself.
• Refund will be processed after 7 days of acceptance and inspection of returned goods.
• Refund will be processed only through the payment gateway which the payment made.
